WHAT IS PBT?

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a body-conditioning and strengthening program that is designed to enhance students’ technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance.  It is a unique training system using ballet technique-specific exercises to train dancers at intermediate & advanced levels.

*Dancers who enroll in PBT training class must meet the age requirements and also be enrolled in a ballet class.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR PBT

Girls: Ballet leotard, ballet skirt (optional), tights, bare feet or socks, hair pulled back in a secure bun or ponytail. 

Boys: Black shorts, tights, or leggings, tank or fitted t-shirt, and bare feet or socks.
