WHAT IS LYRICAL?
Lyrical dance is a dance style that blends elements of ballet and jazz dance. This style of dance is generally a little more fluid than ballet and & focuses on the lyrics of the music. Using technique, emotion, and fluidity to create the movements, combinations are taught across the floor, center floor, and improvisation.
We offer levels of lyrical classes with approximate age requirements. To enroll in a lyrical class, your dancer must also be enrolled in a ballet class.
